Joe Heersink, RIP

We lost a friend last week. Anchorage musician, teacher and luthier Joe Heersink died in Seattle of a heart attack, after spending the last few years battling cancer. I guess that would be like him -- to do something a little different.

We will miss your ready smile, Joe. You touched a lot of people with your kindness.
